Holistic Homeopathic Wellness Packages
Initial 6-month Wellness Package I Includes:
Pay in installments: $900 ($100 savings)
Continuing 6-month Wellness Follow up (after initial 6 mo)
Package II Includes:

Payment: by check, cash, Venmo or Zelle is expected at the time of your visit or according to your payment plan.
Insurance/HSA/FSA: We don’t file insurance or reimbursement forms, but can provide an account statement if the client wants to file for reimbursement with an HSA or FSA, which reimburse payments with pre-tax funds.

Telehealth:
Appointments are available only by telephone or Zoom. For local clients, the initial consultation can be in person. (see travel fee)
Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client, and will be charged a $100 fee.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER TAKING A REMEDY
In the first few days after taking your remedy, you may experience some symptoms. It is important that you email me at [email protected] or call me on my cell phone at 845-558-4293 in the following cases:
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS
Once you begin taking your remedy I will be in touch with you by email to discuss how you have been feeling since taking the remedy. Follow-up consultations are an essential time for evaluating the effect of the remedy and your progress, and for making any necessary adjustments.
PHONE AND TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS
I will only be providing telephone or Tele-health consultations through Zoom. For local clients, the initial consultation can be in person) Fees for phone and Zoom consultations are the same as regular face to face appointments.
CALLS OR EMAIL QUESTIONS
You are welcome to call 845-558-4293 or email [email protected] between appointments with questions, concerns, check-ins, or for advice. There is no charge for emails or brief conversations of approximately 5 minutes. Such calls that become lengthier then 15 minutes will accrue time until reaching an hour, and then you will be charged based upon the above consultation rates.
When leaving a message, please indicate whether your call is urgent and suggest the best time for me to reach you. Please leave your number even if you think I already have it. I will return calls and check and return emails on weekdays from 9 am-6 pm, unless I specifically ask you to email me in the evening or on a weekend. A Text Message is the same as an email in regards to questions asked. I encourage email rather than text messages, unless the text is in regard to logistical issues like, "I can't get into the Zoom room!"

- Child Initial consultation (approximately 1.5 hours) $180

- Acute consultation-focused on treating shorter-term ailments such as colds, injuries, and other self-limiting conditions (existing clients only-15 min) $ 45

- The office is closed after 6 pm on weeknights and on weekends
- If you have an urgent matter, you may call after hours until 9 pm or on weekends. There will always be a consult fee for these calls
